Consulting As "Full-Service-Provider" we're supporting complete projects, from the specification of the project to the implementation of the software and of course on-site customer support.
Customizing Even highly advanced business solutions possibly cannot manage all the customer specific procedures and operations, which occur in practice. If there are outgrowing variances between the profitable standard so- lution and customer specific requirements, we can offer individual accomodations, adaptations or extended solutions (e.g. programming of special data interfaces).

Schoolings Of course TRACTO-TECHNIK performs schoolings according to the software products offered. These practice- oriented demonstrations and trainings can be held either at the customer's or in our software development branch in Lübeck (as required).
Maintenance To all our software products an additional maintenance agreement is available. Just contact us and ask for the conditions!
