TUBOSCAN C, M, ML, STICK Precise measuring and definition of 3D tube figures
In practice the measuring of three-dimensional tube figures is often done by portable coordinate measuring arms. With the TUBOSCAN C and the TUBOSCAN M TRACTO-TECHNIK offers two various arm systems, which differ in its hardware components, the measuring method, the measuring range and the measuring accuracy.
The TUBOSCAN C is available in several versions with measuring ranges from 1.80 m up to 4.60 m. This arm can be equipped with various contact probes (e.g. Renishaw probes, ball probe, tip probe) or touch-less infrared tube measuring fork.
The small measuring arm, TUBOSCAN M, has a basic measuring range of 1.67 m. Due to the "leapfrog function" of our tube measuring software, this range can easily be extended and even tubes that exceed 1.67 m are continuously measured. The TUBOSCAN M is either be equipped with different contact probes, infrared tube measuring forks or - for measuring of free-form bent tubes - with a line laser scanner (ML).
The highly innovative TUBOSCAN STICK on the other hand works without any mechanical restrictions of a measuring arm. It provides mobile and cordless definition and measuring of tubes as well as add-on pieces in free space by means of a handheld lightweight stick.
Main item of the various TUBOSCAN measuring systems is the tried and tested tube measuring software, which contains numerous tube-specific features and masters even difficult measuring tasks.
