Clean internal and external deburring

When working tubes for conducting media, deburring the edge of the tube
after cutting is an important working step. The TUBOGRAT is a mobile and
flexible machine for this function.

Tubes of all materials and quality grades are easily deburred within seconds
by pressing the end of the tube to the special milling device. The superfluous
metal chips along the inner and outer tube edges are thoroughly removed
and collected in a chip tray.

The small, lightweight and robust table device is driven by an electric engine.
Due to the fixed rotation speed of the tools, it guarantees unusually long
service life and almost mark-free deburring.

The TUBOGRAT is available in different versions for tube diameters up to
60 mm. The TRACTO-TECHNIK special deburrers are made of super-speed
steel. The TUBOGRAT K tools are available in various diameter ranges.
They have an adjustable depth stop for producing defined bevels.
