Combined working device for flaring and cutting ring assembly
The VARIOMAT is a combined electro-hydraulic cutting ring assembly and
flaring (37° SAE, 10°) device for tubes from Ø 6 to 42 mm. All it takes to
change over from one function to another is the adequate adapter and the
respective tooling.
The correct pressure can be read from a table and precisely preselected
via fine adjustment with digital display. After that it suffices to push a single
button to start the cutting ring assembly or flaring process. The fitting pro-
duced in this way withstands both torsional and tractional forces in hydrau-
lic installations.
Thanks to its limited dimensions and weight, the VARIOMAT is easy to use
inside working plants and to transport onto external jobsites, if required.
